How to Properly Hold your Puppy
The best food for your puppy and young adult dogs is Purina Pro Plan Lamb and Rice for Puppies. All our dogs are FREE FED all day with fresh water containing the additive, and we add cooked ground turkey and probiotics with the evening meal. You will want to feed the puppy a meal with turkey in the am as well until 6 months. Shih Tzu’s are allergic to chicken in all forms and feeding them a kibble with chicken meat will cause itching and skin issues you can easily avoid. We supplement their protein intake with weekly salmon, tuna, any white fish, hamburger, marrow bones 3 times a week, etc. Marrow bones are available sliced at Publix. Great stress reliever for all dogs!
